Operator and acceptance
BlueWorkers is a workforce platform operated by BLUE ASIA STAFFING SRL. By using the website or an authenticated workspace, you agree to these Terms, the applicable privacy notice and any role-specific or commercial terms shown before an action or purchase.
Role-based access
You must use accurate information, keep credentials secure and access only the role, organisation, candidates and documents you are authorised to use. Workspace owners are responsible for the users they invite and the permissions they grant. Suspected misuse must be reported promptly.
Candidates
Candidate profile access, applications, ranking and placement are free. A profile or application does not guarantee an interview, offer, work permit, deployment or employment. Candidates must provide truthful information and must not upload fraudulent, unlawful or malicious material.
Employers, recruiters and partners
Business users must have authority to represent their organisation, protect candidate information and use it only for the authorised recruitment purpose. Job and project information must be lawful, current and accurate. Subscription, billing, capacity and optional service terms shown before checkout apply in addition to these general Terms.
Recruitment and immigration information
Matching, salary and immigration indicators are decision-support information. They are not legal advice, automatic clearance or a guarantee of eligibility. Final hiring, employment, immigration and deployment decisions require the relevant documents, competent authorities and case-specific review.
Documents, media and acceptable use
Do not upload malware, illegal content, material you have no right to use, or unnecessary sensitive data. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, organisation boundaries, rate limits or security controls; scrape private content; impersonate another person; or use candidate information outside the permitted recruitment context.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, external providers, legal changes and security events may affect access. We may change, restrict or suspend functionality when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, abuse prevention or service integrity.
Intellectual property
BlueWorkers branding, interface and platform materials belong to Blue Staffing or its licensors. Users retain rights in lawful content they provide and grant the permissions necessary to process it for the requested platform service.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Staffing is not responsible for indirect losses, employer or candidate decisions, or external authority and provider outcomes outside its reasonable control.
