Who is responsible
BlueWorkers is operated by BLUE ASIA STAFFING SRL (“Blue Staffing”, “we”, “us”). Questions or privacy requests can be sent to office@blueasiastaffing.com.
Information we process
Depending on your role, we may process account and contact details, company information, work history, skills, languages, availability, applications, recruitment decisions, messages, billing status, audit and security events, and documents or media you choose to provide. Identity, immigration and employment documents are treated as sensitive operational records and are not public profile fields.
Why we process it
- to create and protect role-based accounts and company workspaces;
- to operate recruitment, matching, shortlisting, interviews, hiring and deployment workflows;
- to comply with legal, accounting, security and fraud-prevention obligations;
- to respond to support requests and maintain an auditable operating record;
- to improve the public website using consent-based analytics.
Candidate visibility and consent
A candidate joining BlueWorkers must consent to recruitment processing and to an anonymous professional profile being shown in the BlueWorkers marketplace. Public fields are limited to professional information such as trade, skills, general experience and availability. Full name, private contact details, home address, passports, permits and identity documents are not public. Consent can be withdrawn; public visibility and new applications are then paused while legally required records may still be retained.
Who may receive information
Access is limited to authorised Blue Staffing users, the candidate or organisation that owns the workspace, selected employers or partners where the workflow and permissions allow it, and service providers required for hosting, authentication, security, email, storage, calendar or payment processing. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain records only for as long as needed for the recruitment relationship, legal obligations, security, dispute prevention and documented business continuity. Access is role-based and organisation-scoped. Private documents are delivered only after authorisation checks and are not indexed by search engines.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage supports security and your choices. Optional analytics remains disabled until you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent banner. Recruitment profiles, CVs and contact data are not sent to public-site analytics.
Changes
We may update this notice when the platform, legal requirements or service providers change. The current version and date remain published on this page.
